Here is whole context:

We have some customers that use the s700 terminal for purchases.
We enable the tip feature on the terminal, we already configured for them some tipping options (10%, 20%, etc).
The thing is that the purchases in general are composed by: subtotal + taxes + a fee, that gives us the total charged on the payment intent.
So the tip is calculated over that total.

Now what we want to know, if it is possible to modify the amount over which the tip is calculated, to be subtotal + taxes (I mean, we don't want the fee to be included).
