that's from acct_1O9pewKIBj7DgPMX which is an entirely different Stripe account than the one associated with the subscription sub_1OXp6KJkcw3plchcpGJrSA8L you posted
so the cancelled subscription did not create+send an invoice; it's probably the case that that same email address has a Customer and Subscription on that other Stripe account and that's where the invoice came from.
