Hi! You can either provide the customer object ID (https://docs.stripe.com/api/checkout/sessions/create#create_checkout_session-customer) or customer_email (https://docs.stripe.com/api/checkout/sessions/create#create_checkout_session-customer_email).
You mentioned you get an error with customer_email. Do you have request ID (starts with req_) I can look at?
