Hello, as far as I can see that charge wasn't blocked by your radar rule. This server only really knows about the API side of things and it looks like you are making API calls right. If you talk to our support team they may be able to help you with this https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
Find help and support for Stripe. Our support site provides answers on all types of situations, including account information, charges and refunds, and subscriptions information. Get your questions answered and find international support for Stripe.
it's an api outcame no ?
You can see the outcome in the API, but the actual blocking behavior that you want to look in to is not API-based. Like if I did see that the Radar rule was blocking this and that was because you didn't include the metadata in the API, I could advise on that. But here, you are making the API calls correctly but something else is making the decline happen.
ok and you don't know tecnically what is blocking ? because from the support just says 'ask to the user to reinsert the card' is annoying, from a tech to a tech guy maybe you can help me with just a 'reason'
Unfortunately not, I can see the high_risk_score code that was returned along with the decline but I don't know how to dig further in to that to see if that can be alleviated.
ok thank you, i see the risk_score = 4 so it's strange.. i made another tentive with the support
