Hello, what tax ID are you trying to collect here? Is this for a Stripe account that is connected to your platform or is this for some kind of payment that a customer is making to you?

this is for a stripe account that is connected to my platform
in Brazil there is a requirement, that we need to provide customer tax id while he is buying anything
and I want to collect it through my stripe elements like PaymentElement or AddressElement or anything like that, maybe some custom Element from @stripe/react-stripe-js if there is such

We actually created connect embedded components for this. Stripe.js is only for collecting payments and you can't modify it to collect data for a connected account like that. It sounds like the "Tax Registration" component may be what you are looking for https://docs.stripe.com/connect/get-started-connect-embedded-components
