hi! you don't need to use createPaymentMethod and you do not need "to have payment method id before getting clientSecret". You just call confirmPayment using the PaymentIntent from the Subscription's first Invoice, using default_incomplete

can I have payment method id before getting clientSecret? because we use it as our flow

my backend tried to post to /payment-intent to get the payment method but it's not working. need to be supplied by payment method

you can but it's not the normal flow. We suggest doing it the way the docs suggest with default_incomplete Subscriptions.

so current flow is we post to stripe api to get client secret, after that we will confirm the payment
