For example, Germany. Elements is loading in German, Klarna in English.

I think you need to specify a locale for the Klarna authorization page when creating the PaymentIntent: https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment_intents/create#create_payment_intent-payment_method_options-klarna-preferred_locale

Hm, actually. Looks like there was a recent regression and this parameter doesn't update the language on the Klarna authorization page

Any timeline regarding when that will be fixed? Or is there another field that needs to be set now?

There's no current way to change the language, unfortunately. I recommend reaching out to our Support team so they can keep you updated on any changes to localization for Klarna: https://support.stripe.com/contact/
