I know I asked the same question yesterday, but since today I had new information (that the previous devs added the shipping to reduce 3DS2 explicit validations, I wanted to be sure

If you don't ship anything, you shouldn't pass anything in the shipping param
I can't comment on reduce 3DS2 explicit validations
Because 3ds is entirely up to the individual issuers/banks
So hard to say what would reduce them
