As this is a Connect scenario (direct charge), you need to follow the instructions here: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/payment-methods/pmd-registration?dashboard-or-api=dashboard#register-your-domain-while-using-connect

Register domains for payment methods

Register and verify domains to use payment methods (including Link, Apple Pay, and Google Pay) in Elements or Checkout's embeddable payment form.
