Its issue reported byb live customer so i don't have id.
The likelihood is is that you can only process Klarna payments with US based customers. There's no cross-border functionality today:
If you’re based outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you can only transact with customers within your country, and the presentment currency must be the currency of your country. For example, an Australian business must present in AUD, and can only transact with buyers in Australia.
So it you're a US merchant and processing in USD, the customer has to be in the US
