What you are doing is a Destination Charge, and it should only come with Express and Custom

For Standard, you should use Direct Charge instead

And that setup means you take the application fee by $1.23, and the rest stays with the Connected Account

In the destination charge. Is the fee the same?

Becase I can see here https://stripe.com/connect/pricing another kind of fee which I don't understand at all.

The fees mentioned here are for many other timing of mantaining account, doing KYC etc... But the each transaction, we take 3.6% as this section, which corresponding to the $0.59 Stripe fess on the graph I shared above
