Hi! apple_pay doesn't exist as a parameter for payment_method_types . It falls under card. These are the only payment_method_types available: https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment_methods/object#payment_method_object-type

You can switch it off from your dashboard settings via https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods/pmc_
