Ah ok. So it would seem the easiest way forward would be to delete every current item, and set new items. Rather than comparing items and figuring out which have been added/removed/price-changed.

Depends on your usecase.. I don't know how the API would behave if you delete the only subscription item of a subscription.

I'd recommend giving it a try in test mode and see

Fair enough. Now that I think of it, I'm worried of the situation where items aren't changing and I delete "item 1 that has price 1" then set a new item with "price 1", the invoicing will be strange.
