The business is in the US, but I'm located in the UK.
I can see Card, Bank and Cash App Pay. I wouldn't expect to see the last two if I'm in the UK.

We only do buyer geo filtering for specific PMs – BNPLs mainly. Otherwise the PM will still show in the UI

Yeah that is enabled by Link, not a specific US banking rails. If you havre the Link PM enabled then you'll see that when eligible regardless of locale I think: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/link/instant-bank-payments
