Hi there
Adding someone to your user team as a "Developer" will still give them access to live mode data
If they don't need access to the Dashboard, you could create a restricted API key for them instead: https://docs.stripe.com/keys#create-restricted-api-secret-key
They will only be able to interact with test mode resources via the API
