the answer is in the error message:
The
requirements.disabled_reasonproperty on the account will provide information about why this account is currently disabled
and here's a doc about this: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/handling-api-verification#determine-if-verification-is-needed

Thanks! Is there any way i can receive the disabled reason through the stripe client dashboard? I'm currently seeing this error message as a result of a failed payment intent so I don't actually have the account response with the disabled_reason in it...
