yes I think that getting both event at the same time can happen. why is that an issue?
Because we end up creating 2 Refund transactions instead of one and then updating it. Would you suggest to rely on the refund.updated event only and create Refund Transactions based on it?
can you share in more details your flow? I don't understand why getting two different webhook events would be an issue on your end.
