Hi ๐Ÿ‘‹ we mostly assist with generally available behavior in this forum. If your account manager has granted you access to non-generally-available behavior, and that is not working the way you're expecting, then I would suggest following up with your account manager to ensure that access granted correctly. They should also be able to engage the correct team that owns this non-public behavior if they believe there is a bug in that feature that is causing it to not work as expected.
