Taking a look at this now. Generally it's not possible / recommended to delete Stripe Connect accounts once they've been used. Can you explain what your objective is behind deleting the account?

we didn’t get webhook updates for this account and in our db this account is marked as inactive as rely on webhooks to update the status

#

or if there’s a way to trigger webhook event account.update that also fix this issue

Are you saying you didn't receive that?

#

Ah I'm reading again, you're saying it looks like you did not receive that for some reason and you're wondering if it's possible to manually re-send the event?

Just looking into what may have happened with the last webhook event real quick.
It looks like this should have been sent to this webhook we_1QO0FkDJLzJ14cfPuxcZ1bDw on 2024-11-27 19:36:43.

#

You'll just want to make sure you include the --webhook-endpoint=[your webook ID] flag

mossy olive
#

okay let me try that

mossy olive
#

we just re connected the account on your side and we got the events

That's good to hear! I am still curious as to why you didn't get them before but unfortunately our detailed log retention doesn't go back that far.
