When you say "canceling the simulation" I assume you mean deleting a test clock here?

Overall though, no, you can't revert the Sub to its former state.
OK, that makes it incredibly difficult to test webhooks that cannot be sent via the CLI.
You would have to create a new one as it will already be locked into the Events associated to the Test Clock
Because for every test, I need to create a new subscription
You should be able to write a pretty simple script for this, no?
