Hey! yeah, this is what I described in my question - there is no card to reproduce that. Are there any other ways?

I don't think so, unfortunately. Why are you looking for this specific error? The difference is just the string value.

The difference is the absense of the payment_method object/string in the error

so I'm looking a way to reproduce it, as our system relies on the payment method created on the stripe's side

You will need to mock this error yourself, you can't simulate it with test cards.
