Ah, damn. I guess I need to learn how to use the CLI. Is this the only way?

Well you can open up the CLI by clicking on the Developers section of the Dashboard and opening the Shell environment
Then type something like stripe trigger payment_intent.succeeded

I found the CLI. It's at the bottom right corner of the screen. There's a small button that opens it.
Now I have a different issue. Trying to test the trial_will_end webhook:
stripe trigger customer.subscription.trial_will_end
This is not a valid argument for stripe trigger: customer.subscription.trial_will_end
Okay we're getting somewhere

I typed stripe trigger and pressed TAB and this is what I see:

Yeah we don't have support for all webhook events, just the ones listed here: https://docs.stripe.com/cli/trigger
If you want to trigger trial_will_end, you need to create a Subscription with a trial and then either
- Wait for the trial to end
- Use aTest clock to advance time until it ends https://docs.stripe.com/billing/testing/test-clocks#overview
