Hello
When you're confirming payment client-side, you would typically see a modal to authorize or fail a payment.
Are you not seeing that?
we do see it
and we click on authorize
ah you mean that I need to click on fail and the failure will be specifically the error related to the test email?
No, the emails only work if you're doing server-side confirmation. The specific scenarios mentioned with email patterns won't work with client-side confirmation.
In live mode, If the customer's paypal account is restricted then the paypal won't let them confirm the PaymentIntent in the first place.
(that's my understanding^^ I'm not sure 100% what the expected behavior is)
ah okay, I understand.
We also do confirmation server-side in some use cases, so I'm going to try that.

thanks a lot for your help ! have a great day
