You don't need a webhook to enable payment methods as such but you should check with the third-party application you're using to see if they have guidence on how you can enable more payment method types.
Since you're integrated via a third-party platform, they control the integration.

okay, thank you. So i just have to activate the payment options in Stripe and if the third-party platform is able to work with the selected payment option it schould just show up in the checkout?

Because their support told me they can't influence which payment methods are displayed. it depends on what is activated in stripe.

I see. You would want to reach out to them if the payment methods don't show up after activation as their platform is responsible for the integration so they should be able to look into what's going on..
