You can check if Apple Pay is available like this, and depending on that set the paymentMethods: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/apple_pay_on_the_web/apple_pay_js_api/checking_for_apple_pay_availability

Are you sure this is a solution? Is there no way I can make it so that the ExpressCheckoutButtonElement will only show 1 payment method?
