Hello! You're correct that we only support AWS EventBridge in sanboxes. I can't help with the Shopify side of things, though. If you need help with Shopify you need to contact their support.

No worries, thanks. It seems standard webhooks may be my only solution then.

Ironically, shopify support sent me this way
