The Payment gateway is still in Test Mode, Toggling to the Active Mode didint help

Hello! You'll need to provide much more detail before I can help. I don't know what Stripe products you're using, I don't know what "moved to the payment gateway" means, and I'm not sure where exactly you're seeing the currency change. Can you provide clarity on all of the above?

I am not a developer, but I own the bussiness website. While developing the website (eCommerce) we were using Test mode to test it out. My developer said I need to contact Stripe to change the Test Mode to Active mode.
