You can turn off Subscription updates which should get rid of that option.

It applies to any Customer Portal Session that uses that configuration.

Yep, you can have multiple. When you create a Customer Portal Session you can specify the configuration it should use: https://docs.stripe.com/api/customer_portal/sessions/create#create_portal_session-configuration
