You share a checkout.session.completed event which was emitted. Can you say more about what is not happening like you expect?
Is the issue with delivery of emitted events? Or are you saying events are not generating like you expect?
If you could illustrate with an example sequence (requests, other object ids) and explain what you expect vs what you observe, I can look into that
