so im thinking how would i do that, i might need to use the API if it's possible to refund a custom amount and then remove 1 from the quantity or something

I would suggest to use the API, which you can find all the Invoices belong to the Subscription and refund all of them

Says they could have multiple billing cycles before reaching out to you and ask for refund

OK actually i can do partial refund
