Um we have no native support for disabling generating the Hosted Invoice Page (HIP) itself, but..
You can disable it to be sending, then hide it under an authentication on your system
Only send it after you authenticated your customer

It's not about sending for us, it's specifically a concern that there is a public URL that discloses our customer information (their name and what they bought)
