Hello, looking in to this and will get back to you with what I can find.
hey, thanks
Hello
Taking over here. As far as I know, the Verification Sessions aren't really coupled with connected account object as such. I've seen platforms utilize client_reference_id to associate sessions with the accounts - https://docs.stripe.com/api/identity/verification_sessions/create#create_identity_verification_session-client_reference_id
Hi,
We do not create verification sessions directly from the API, but rather rely on capabilities + generating a link for the onboarding through Stripe. Does that make using the client_reference_id impossible ?
Yeah most likely. Taking a step back, is there a specific reason you're trying to look up verification sessions?
What's your end goal? Maybe there's a workaround
I'm currently building a backoffice for our fraud/compliance team, and I'm trying to have a single, unified view of our organizations with all their data to save them time jumping around different tools.
Having the verification sessions of an account will help them double check the ID docs and selfies quickly, without having to navigate to Stripe dashboard + click on the verification checks and look and open each file separately.
I see, unfortunately I'm not familiar with how dashboard does verification stuff. It might be some internal API that the dashboard uses.
I don't think there's a way to get the verification session information if you're using Stripe hosted onboarding.
