Depends on what kind of tax you're referring to?
So I am creating a paymentIntent
$chargeCause = $stripeCause->paymentIntents->create([
'amount' => $amount * 100, // Amount in cents/stotinki (smallest currency unit)
'currency' => 'bgn', // Bulgarian Lev
'automatic_payment_methods' => ['enabled' => true],
'receipt_email' => $email,
'metadata' => [
'product_id' => 'prod_R6MIE3Mufd2UnP',
'name' => $names
]
]);
as you can see there is an "amount" parameter
let's imagine it's 10BGN. After tax, the amount will be 9.17BGN. And I want to use this 9.17 in my code
Right, you already said all that. But what 'tax' are you referring to? We wouldn't deduct any tax
OK, so fees. Not tax
So whenever somebody pays a certain amount, Stripe has a tax which is calculated automatically. I need to get the value of the amount after tax and use it in my code
