How does the Sharetribe "Add Card" API detect if a card will be declined before making a charge?

when you confirm the Setup we validate the payment method with a 0$ validation

I mean my purpoes is user can add card.
If their card is declineed we can prevent them during payment process

Yes user can add their card if cardnumber and cvv and expire date month is valid

we dont have to check transacation base validation during add card process
