Hi there 👋 to clarify, they want to add a second External Account? (Connected Accounts don't have Payment Methods for themselves, so I want to make sure we're talking about the same thing)

Are you using Custom Connected Accounts?

Those are the bank accounts or debits cards that a Connected Accounts sets up to receive the funds from their Payouts.

Express Connected Accounts can't have multiple External Accounts, that's not supported.

They all support External Accounts, since the Connected Account needs one to be able to receive Payouts, but only Custom Connected Accounts can have more than one. Or at least that use to be the case.

What happens when you click on link another account and go through that?

(My teammates and I in this forum specialize in helping developers work with our API, so I'm not as familiar with these dashboard flows)
