Well yeah that certainly shouldn't be the issue if the ID has his age being 21. But likely the verification failed due to it being a fake ID and this is the error it is displaying. That's just my guess.

Sounds good, but even if it’s a fake ID it shouldn’t be giving an error. It should go through and let me know that it didn’t validate or something along those lines

If you click "view event detail" down at the bottom there then the Event ID (evt_xxx ) also would help me locate this

Hmm yeah so all I can see is that the session returned an error that it didn't meet the required age. Unfortunately I don't have any further insight into why that occurred.
