I believe my colleague suggested using Charge and Transfer, is there something about it that doesn't work for you?

It worked but we also want to keep the platform fee but when there is no destination account api throws error.
Destination account is missing because now we are charging first and transfer seprately.

to be clear, the destination account is not necessary when you're using separate Charge and Transfer. How much to keep as the platform fee is up to you to calculate, because you're transferring to multiple individuals later, you just need to transfer less to those multiple individuals to account for the application fee
