Are you sure you're making the fetch request in the same mode (Live or Test) as the PaymentIntent?

Could you also please share the GET Request ID req_xxx? https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request

Also, the request is for PaymentIntent, but you shared a Charge ID here. Are you sure this Charge is not related to any PaymentIntents that you're receiving?
