Hello! When listening for Events from connected accounts they should have an account property that specifies where the Event came from: https://docs.stripe.com/api/events/object#event_object-account

Thanks! Is there a way to test this through the command line? I assume using stripe trigger won't contain this unless specified.

I think you can test this using the CLI, but it's fairly complicated. It would probably be easier to test it by triggering one of these Events in test mode.
