Specifically the last test account number (and PM token) in the table I shared will generate the error you are looking for
The payment fails due to payment amount causing the account to exceed its weekly payment volume limit.

heck, that seems like what I was looking for. The title of the page is "test card numbers" which I think led me to overlook it on the assumption that it was only about credit cards

Perfect, I tested it out and it reproduces the issue as expected. Thanks for pointing it out! Only other piece of feedback I'd like to give is that it would be helpful to show that test account in this account-picker UI somewhere (I couldn't find it, at least. Would expect it to be in the "Invalid Payment Accounts" group)
