Hi there ๐ my teammate and I aren't too familiar with the contents of those reports.
My best guess is that's referring to a Balance Transaction with a type of connect_collection_transfer:
https://docs.stripe.com/api/balance_transactions/object#balance_transaction_object-type
though I'm not exactly sure offhand what causes Balance Transactions to be created with that type.
Is there an ID in a row where you see that value that has a txn_ prefix that you can share here?
Thank you - let me check
Yeah no - I just have the frr_ ID from the report
Checking out the link you posted
found it
If one of your connected accounts has a negative balance for 180 days, Stripe transfers a portion of your balance, to zero out that accountโs balance. Learn more.```
Sorry for bugging you - I couldn't find that but there was a link in your link
thanks for the right heading ๐
This URL lists them out:
Now I just have to figure out who had a negative balance for 180 days lol
Awesome! (I overlooked that link in that description ๐ , sorry, I could have saved you a step)
