Hi ๐Ÿ‘‹

Can you provide some specific examples where you use a single price each in USD, EUR, and GBP?

Sorry but I'm looking for the Checkout Session. That is what will provide me insight into what payment methods are considered valid

foggy fractal
#

Ah okay so for example, i just opened this checkout session: cs_test_b1DpqUkHLu0ul223Jbs62PhHkA0n1XXjTnUNE0vFL1Y08OOJsWjUjOXEPd

#

In this example, it's netherlands. Why isn't google pay or amazon pay showing?

#

They both are supported worldwide according to the docs

#

And EUR is supported in both

Oh, on the paymnet methods page it shows; AUD, CHF, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, NOK, NZD, SEK, USD, and ZAR (depending on business locations)

But then on the specific page it shows private preview

#

Either way, what about Google Pay

whole kernel
#

That I am testing

Hi there ๐Ÿ‘‹ jumping in as my teammate needs to step away. I'm taking a look at the Checkout Session you shared.

foggy fractal
#

I only see pay with link

dim seal
#

Gotcha, that's a good indication that our code isn't detecting that your device has met our requirements to show Google Pay to you. Do you already have a card in your Google Pay wallet?

foggy fractal
#

I dont have google pay myself

dim seal
#

You'll want to set that up in order to test the appearance of Google Pay. Most of our integrations don't offer it if the customer doesn't already Google Pay set up and has it ready to use.

foggy fractal
#

Hmm i'm a bit confused, sorry because i don't use google pay - are you saying i have to have google pay enabled in my browser somehow?

dim seal
#

If you want to test it's appearance, yes.

foggy fractal
#

Got it - i assumed it was something where someone would have to login to the wallet, similar to cash app

dim seal
#

Fwiw, I'm also seeing Link on the Checkout Session you shared, but was expecting to see Google Pay.

#

I'm checking with another one of our teams on this.

foggy fractal
#

Strange okay

dim seal
#

Our teams are looking into this, but I don't think we'll have an immediate answer on why we're seeing Link instead of Google Pay for your flow. Please use the flow I'm about to trigger to open a support case so we can associate that with our investigation and provide you with updates.
