That guide is for importing Subscriptions from another payments provider. Is that what you are trying to do?

Hi, No... is just change the price to the subscription.

For that there is no bulk update method. You will need to update each individual subscription as we document here: https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/upgrade-downgrade
