Hello! Looking into this now. At first glance this does indeed look like user error to me, but it's suspicious that you've seen it multiple times for sure.
Ok, after looking into the example event you sent me, it does indeed look like the customer name is populated by their address line 1 in both the customer's saved address and also in their saved shipping address. So yes, it does look to me like this is user error on your customer's end.
