You definitely can do one-off invoices and schedule them if that makes more sense to you than using our built-in Subscriptions. Can you tell me more about why our Subscriptions don't fit what you are trying to do here? It is possible to charge one price, charge another price at a fixed interval, and then switch to usage based billing with our subscription schedules or even with a normal subscription that you add a schedule to later.

Thanks for the info @reef spear! I'm going to dig more into the Subscription documentation as I think it could fit our needs. The blocker for me might have been mental, since I wasn't thinking about our service necessarily being traditionally subscription based when compared to those currently on the market. Even though it does consist of recurring scheduled payments. Is it better to think about Subscriptions more as just scheduled Invoices?
