Hello! Unfortunately we can't help with third-party plugins or integrations. You need to contact Tutor LMS for help with this issue.

It could be, but neither you nor I have any control over the integration in this case. We can't change the code in question, only Tutor LMS can, so they need to be the ones to investigate and solve the issue.

Tell me for subscription payment and one time payment - there are different webhook or same?

Not sure what you mean. Are you asking about the types of Events we send for one-time payments vs. Subscription payments? If so, there are some Events we send for both, and some we only send for Subscription payments.

I don't know what you mean by "the webhook". Can you explain in more detail?

Are you talking about the webhook URL on your end? The Event types being sent? Something specific inside the Event payloads? Something else?
