Oh, I see, you're using Dynamic Payment Methods but didn't enable Bank Transfers for DPM in livemode.

You'll need to turn it on here:

Ah ok apparently it is on in test mode.

So once we enable it it will allow us to create a payment intent right ?

I'm not sure if Bank Transfers are enabled by default in testmode Payment Method Configurations.
