๐ happy to help
what exactly are you trying to achieve?
what difference does it make if the customer uses one VBAN or another?
I'm just trying to understand your use-case
We are currently migrating our ES based accounts to FR, due to the change of regulation in Spain that forces you to depecrate the ES based accounts. We want to have a tool to detect if our users are still using their old ES based account before they are permanently deleted.
I'm not sure that would change anything for you
the VBAN we create for you is something that we as Stripe would worry about
if a transaction is sent on that account we will provide your customer with credit balance on your account
you don't technically receive any money at that point from the ES bank
I understand that. But, if we know that our customer are still using their old account, at least we can contact them to avoid any future issues with rebound or delayed payments when those VBAN eventually will be deleted.
Hey! Taking over for my colleague. Let me catch up.
We want to have a tool to detect if our users are still using their old ES based account before they are permanently deleted.
You should reach out directly to them and double check this I think.
Yeah, I thought so... Well, okey, thank you for your help!
