But when i want to see usage_records I don't see "there is not data" I gan an error message
Ok, looks like you are using /v1/billing/meter_events endpoit to report meter events. You should go to the Meters page to view the usage https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/meters/mtr_test_61RYoKS6K6NDreXOS41Dkmvq2nZxgBPs

if I understand correctly, the "upcoming invoice" does show the correct quantity, but when you click on "...", you see no reported usage?
can you try using the API to retrieve the usage record using this? https://docs.stripe.com/api/billing/meter-event-summary/list
