I do see the Financial Connection showing as inactive
And that the account refresh failed
Yes, but this user has relinked it several times already today. Wouldn't that make it "active"?
Not if the connection with the bank is unstable. Let me check a little more
Or it is possible that this bank requires additional authentication when we attempt to refresh the balances and we don't currently have a mechanism to surface that.
How would we know?
Unfortunately we don't have a way to surface this with the Financial Connections
This customer was able to link her bank in a different stripe account (We have 2). Would the issue be that her bank may not allow her to have multiple links with Stripe?
The first account seems to work just fine.
That may be the case. I can only see that this account was set to inactive due to a challenge from the connected bank

I have another user that says it just hangs on this screen. I don't see any errors on my side, no logs or events besides her creating a payment intent. cus_PqdwubTsASpBe0
Is there a way to get more information on these client side errors from financial connection?
Unfortunately not that I am aware of. The kind of errors that your code will be able to see won't be triggered while that modal is hanging
It may be worthwhile to ask them to try that again with their browser's developer console open, though likely the best thing would be for them to try from a different device or browser if they ahve not already.

I'm also seeing a couple instances of this error. At first I thought it was clearly just saying that their credentials were wrong, but I have 2 users that say they're 100% sure the credentials are correct. Could this error mean something else?
